I know its Christmas but all the more reason you need to answer support questions and getting them settled.I like the stuff at TiPPR and never had but this ONE complaint I have spent $551 since my first purchase and would like to make more but I don't think I can.

I ordered a 3X I am a womans 2X so I wanted it a little bigger. Finally after a long time I got it from CHINA. I can't even get this over my shoulders! No INFO ON THE SITE ON How to return it! I want my $69 Back now! I've ordered other stuff from then with no problems but not clothing. I will NOT ORDER clothing from the again. I've sent them an email today but at their site when looking up contact info this is what it says.
